Distinctly Digital, a division of Diverse Canvas, LLC (“we”, “us”), operates ddkansas.com and the client helpdesk at help.ddkansas.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to send. This information is delivered to us by email and used only to respond to your inquiry.

Helpdesk. When you open a support ticket at help.ddkansas.com, we collect the account and ticket information you provide there so we can resolve your request and keep a service history for your organization.

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are retained for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks on this site.
• We do not send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

How we protect it

We apply the same security practices we recommend to our clients: access control, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and systems kept current with security updates. Information you send us is accessible only to the people who need it to serve you.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we’re required to keep, such as invoices). Reach us through the contact form and we’ll respond promptly.

Third-party services

Payments, when applicable, are invoiced by Diverse Canvas, LLC. Our invoicing and helpdesk systems are operated by us on our own infrastructure.
